    If you are looking for a low impact class which will help release tension from both body and mind and bring you back to peace and balance, this will suit you! We use the beautiful ChiBalls in various colours and scents to help bring focus to the exercises.
  • FITBALL

    A new way of tightening and strengthening your abs. Looking a lot like a beach ball, the fitball is a rubber ball used to isolate core stabilising muscles deep inside our bodies. The ball is unstable, while you're on it working mainstream muscles, deeper core muscles while the aim is to keep your balance. Great benefits for the young, athletic & elderly.
  • Low Impact Basic

    This low impact class introduces BASIC aerobic steps and sequences. A great starting point for those new to classes!

    45mins of using 1 kg hand weights. More endurance based. Awesome for toning the arms!
  • TUMMY THIGHS BUTTOCKS

    45 minutes consisting of exercises all for the tummy, thighs & buttocks. Floor work at the end & a great stretch too!
