This predominantly low impact class introduces more basic aerobic steps and sequences. A great starting point for those new to classes as it allows the participant to choose a level of work. -

An entire class of faster paced cardio based aerobics. More choreographed than your average routines and taught with simple layering and high impact peaks. -
