Classes with this symbol contain a good level of cardio to pump up your heart rate, improve fitness and burn calories.

B

Learn to walk before you run! These classes are suitable for those who are new to group exercise, or are just not into more choreographed routines.

C

C is for CORE! Classes with this symbol have a focus on core strength to improve back problems and flatten the stomach.

S

These classes contain strength components to improve strength, build muscle and of course fight osteoporosis as we age!

A

Classes with this symbol are designed with more dancy routine, faster music and a higher cardio output.
  • Basic Step & Core CB

    A step class designed with less choreography and simple teaching to allow a great workout without the stress of trying to learn complicated sets.
  • Body Bar SHR

    A class to challenge your strength and endurance. Using a Barbell and body weight exercises this class will have you sculpting your body by adding lean muscle and burning fat!
  • Cardio Blitz SHRS

    A fast paced and dancy aerobics class that uses elements of circuit or group work at the end to spike heart rates and challenge fitness!
  • Cardio & Core CHR

    An interval based class with higher impact and more choreographed sets for cardio, sequenced with pure abdominal exercises to challenge the core.
  • Cardio FitballHRCB

    A class using both aerobic cardio routines and Fitball exercises to focus on the core.
  • Cardio Pump HRBS

    A quick all-over workout for all fitness levels. Cardio exercise to raise a sweat and dumbbells for a toning effect.
  • Fitness Blast HRBS

    Higher impact, faster paced routines consisting of basic moves and simple choreography to spike the heart rate, combined with strength work across all muscle groups.
  • Fat Burner HRBS

    This predominantly low impact class introduces more basic aerobic steps and sequences. A great starting point for those new to classes as it allows the participant to choose a level of work.
  • Hi-Lo Aerobics HRS

    An entire class of faster paced cardio based aerobics. More choreographed than your average routines and taught with simple layering and high impact peaks.
  • Mind Body BS

    A 45 minute class that combines the strength of Pilates and relaxation of Yoga to tone the body and ease the mind!
  • NEW BODY SB

    A routine based class using light weights. A more repetitive, endurance style weights perfect for toning and great for those new the weights!
  • Step HRS

    A freestyle step class, containing more choreography than BASIC STEP. An awesome way to tone & shape the legs!
  • Straight & StrongHRS

    A high impact, high cardio workout that uses simple strength and aerobic moves in basic and repetitive sets to leave you puffed and pumped!
  • Tummy Thighs Buttocks CBS

    45 minutes consisting of exercises all for the tummy, thighs & buttocks. Floor work at the end & a great stretch too!
  • Yoga SB

    With a focus on increasing strength, balance and flexibility, this class is suitable for beginners as well as those with an established practice.
