Body by Me is a Womens-only fitness studio that was established with a vision to provide a comfortable environment for women to participate in health improving exercise. With a focus on moving clients of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels toward positive lifestyle changes in line with their personal goals, Body by Me offers its members somewhere to escape from everyday life.

We provide the opportunity to connect with other women whilst concentrating entirely on yourself and your own mental & physical well being. Body by Me is a place where you can be yourself and change your life if you want to. I want women to understand that if you take care of yourself you really can have it all and that beauty and confidence can be achieved through being strong, able and healthy.
