I enjoy working at keeping myself and my family fit, healthy and active.
I believe the benefits of keeping both mind and body fit and healthy are important to a good life-style.
This I believe can readily be achieved within personal goals I assist participants to set themselves.

After giving up 10 years of dancing to focus on year 12 I was seeking an alternative form of exercise to fill the void. From the moment I stepped foot in a gym to participate in my first group fitness class I was hooked! This led me to become an instructor which feels like the best job in the world.
With over ten years of experience teaching a variety of freestyle group fitness classes including Aerobics, Step, Cycle, Tybo/Kick Box, Body Bar, Sculpt, TTB, Circuit and Boot Camp for a number of Fitness Centres in Adelaide and my immense passion for the industry, I have also become a lecturer in the field. Now with a young son I enjoy fitness even more than ever and absolutely love teaching for Body By Me.
